How set, minifigure and part pages work

Features

Everything about one set, one figure or one part

Every LEGO® set, minifigure and part has a page of its own: what it contains, where it appears, what it costs and how to build it.

A set's page opens with its facts in a short paragraph – theme, year, pieces, minifigures – and LEGO's own description where LEGO's shop sells the set. Below come the latest price from each shop BrickDb reads, the best price seen, the market value from BrickLink's sales and the price history, then the building instructions, the minifigures in the set and its parts, colour by colour. A minifigure's page lists the parts it is built from and the sets it comes in, with BrickLink's prices for it. A part's page shows every colour the part is known in and the sets that contain it, and prices it colour by colour. Signed in, a set's page also shows your own copies, and every page lets you add the item to your collection or wishlist.

What does a LEGO set page in BrickDb show?

A short paragraph with the set's facts, LEGO's own description where LEGO's shop sells it, the latest price from each shop BrickDb reads with the date it was read, the best price seen, the market value from BrickLink's completed sales and the price history. Further down are the building instructions, the minifigures in the set, its parts colour by colour and related sets.

How do I find out which sets contain a part or a minifigure?

Open the part or the minifigure: its page lists every set in the catalogue that is recorded as containing it. A part's page also shows every colour the part is known in; choose a colour to see what the part sells for on BrickLink in it. A minifigure's page lists the parts the figure is built from, so you can rebuild it from loose parts.

Who it is for
