A small set sold or given away in a sealed plastic bag instead of a box.
Polybags hold small models or single minifigures. Many are promotional: handed out in shops, bundled with magazines or offered as a gift with purchase. They have set numbers like any other set and are catalogued the same way. See also foil bag.
