A second official model that can be built from the parts of a set, with instructions of its own.
The B-model is the second model an official set can be turned into. Sets advertised as “2-in-1” or “3-in-1” carry instructions for each model; for others the instructions are available only online. A fan-designed second model is usually called an alternate build.
